Weekly Backups

In case you manage a popular website or a data–loaded web app, it’s mandatory to keep a full back–up copies of everything. However, setting up an automated backup solution can be tough. For this reason, we offer you our Admin Services package – we pledge to maintain a full backup of your Linux VPS hosting, not only of your websites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, preserving all the modifications that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have complete freedom to run any script or service on your server. However, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional setup from you. This is when our Admin Services package will help you out. It features half an hour of installation & troubleshooting duties – which means you can literally employ one of our expert server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation of any app whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him resolve a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an extra feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
