Spam Filters in Hosting
If you get a hosting package from our company and if you use our email services, you will be able to enable spam filtering for any of the mailboxes that you create from the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. With only several clicks, you can choose between five different levels of security. In case you start getting spam, you can begin with the lowest one and then slowly boost the level until you stop receiving spam. We use one of the very best and most famous email filters available called SpamAssassin. It examines the header field and the body of each email that you receive and calculates a spam score, based on which it either deletes a particular message or allows it to enter your inbox. The Hepsia Control Panel will also allow you to create custom spam filters and either erase unwanted emails or forward them to a third-party address such as spam@domain.com where you can view them again at a later time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
In case you use one of our Linux semi-dedicated hosting, you won’t need to worry about spam email messages clogging your mailboxes every now and then, as you can resort to the popular SpamAssassin email filter that we provide with each semi-dedicated hosting account. Our custom Hepsia hosting Control Panel will permit you to activate the filter for any email account with several mouse clicks and you can select one of the five security levels – from very high to very low. The level can be changed at any time if, for example, authentic email messages get filtered, or if junk emails go through and reach your Inbox folder. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered messages to be redirected to a special mailbox such as spam@your-domain.com and not to be deleted. In this way, you can examine them every now and then to make sure that you have not missed a genuine message.
